DuctSlab
DuctSlab is a stone wool insulation slab faced with reinforced aluminium foil.
The product is suitable for service temperatures of up to 230˚C.
When specified in accordance with BS 5422, DuctSlab can meet regulatory thermal requirements and prevent the formation of condensation on chilled ductwork.
In addition to its thermal properties, ROCKWOOL stone wool insulation provides acoustic absorption which can be desirable for HVAC applications.
Accreditations:
- CE marked in accordance with BS EN 14303
- LUL - DuctSlab has been authorised for use in LUL surface and sub-surface premises (LUL Ref: 316) when installed in accordance with the datasheet.
- A1 non-combustible
- Non-combustible – DuctSlab is rated Euroclass A1
- Vapour resistant aluminium foil facing
- Easy to handle and install
