Steven specializes in custom home construction and remodels across the Southeastern US. Steven brings a unique perspective to high-performance, energy-efficient homes with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University. 

In 2022, he became one of Southeast's first Certified Passive House Tradespersons. Steven is leading the construction of the Folger House, set to be the first internationally Passive House-certified in North Carolina. The Folger House project showcases cutting-edge building science, designed to use 70-80% less energy for heating and cooling compared to standard homes. Steven continues to push the boundaries of sustainable, healthy home construction in the industry.
