Our sustainability goals don’t just guide our strategy, they’re part of our culture.
Our progress is dependent on the creativity and entrepreneurship of our employees, so we make sure to engage them in the process as much as we can.
Building on our employee SDG campaign in 2018, we ran the #iRockGlobalGoals Idea Challenge in 2019. Employees were asked to submit ideas on new ways stone wool or ROCKWOOL operations could help meet a Global Goal. The competition produced many innovative ideas, and seven awards were handed out for the ideas with the highest impact, best pitch and other categories.
