I am part of Rockfon and it is very family friendly. Everyone has worked side by side for 20-30 years so there is a huge commitment to each other both inside and outside the office. I have the influence of being part of a Danish brand as well which made it unique. Depending on what part of ROCKWOOL you are in, you get different flavors. The biggest denominator is the closeness.

With COVID, it has been very inspiring to see ROCKWOOL supporting employees with personal issues. Because we are in HR, we are the first in line to know people’s problems and being able to support people has been a really big factor. ROCKWOOL wants employees to bring their whole self to work which includes their family and friends. The few weeks have been tough but inspiring to help employees get through this tough time.
