Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Able to prepare full set of accounts
• Prepare OR calculation for credit release
• Update collection and cash sales into SAP
• Issuance of cash receipts and ensure safekeeping of all cash received and bank-in
• Prepare Indonesia sales report
• Prepare Collection Summary Report
• Prepare weekly aging report
• Complete month end closing in AR module
• Prepare AR reconciliations to GL
• Prepare month end reports
• Prepare provision for doubtful debt calculation
• Generate and email Statement of Accounts to customers
• Print filing of Statement of Accounts
• Liaise with Accounts Manager a to fulfil customers' ad hoc request
• Compile indrect tax information related to Accounts Receivable
• Record and reconcile rebates
• Prepare intercompany invoices
• Prepare collection date for BNM
• Pay special attention to specific accounts as and when instructed
• Compile documents for legal debt recovery process
• Maintain an up-to-date customer master data
• Tax computation
• Adhoc reports and assignment

​Requirements:

• Full set of accounts background
• Have manufacturing experience
• Knowledge in SAP
• At least 5 years working experience
• Qualification: ACCA, degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Tax experience will be an added advantage
