As a HR Administration Specialist you will be a part of the HR Admin team of 3 who successfully drive HR Admin agenda within ROCKWOOL Global Business Service Center.
HR Team in ROCKWOOL Global Business Service Center is responsible for recruitment as well as HR Admin processes for the employees on site in Poznan. The local HR team consists of 13 joyful people, including 3 in the HR Admin sub-team.
What you will be doing
We are looking for an experienced HR Administration Specialist with superb communication and administration skills. The HR Admin Specialist will handle all written and verbal employee queries with confidentiality. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to, preparing HR documents, administrating company benefits for employees, manage working time records and leaves, submit relevant reports internally and externally. To be a successful HR Admin Specialist, you should have sound knowledge of labour law and be willing to regularly revise it. Last but not least you will play a key role in growing and maturing a range of HR administration processes focusing on some process improvement and harmonization.
maintaining HR documentation throughout the employee life cycle,
acting as the first point of contact for all personnel queries
administrating employees’ benefits (private health care, multi cafeteria, pension plans, insurance, etc.)
being responsible for onboarding and offboarding of employees
prepare all the relevant elements for payroll from HR Admin perspective
being responsible for stakeholders communication within area of responsibilities
assisting in compliance processes both from document flow as well as system perspective
preparing and maintaining HR administration statistics and reporting as well as internal database
driving improvement and efficiency initiatives
maintaining HR system to secure high level data hygiene
liaising with external partners, like payroll, insurance, legal
What you bring
You must be able to deal with a variety of personalities and keep calm in tense situations. A top HR Admin Specialist should be approachable, fair, and have good multitasking abilities.
university graduate within Human Resources, business administration, sociology or other area related to people,
proven experience of minimum 2 years in an HR Admin Specialist role for Polish enitity,
sound knowledge of Polish labor law and practices,
fluency in English – minimum level C1 is required,
knowledge of Workday system is a strong plus,
the ability to keep sensitive information confidential,
approachable and helpful,
good ethical judgment,
strong attention to details and high organizational skills
