HR Policy
The Rockwool Group has constant focus on our human resources as the most important part of our organisation. Respect for the individual employee, his or her opportunities to develop within the Rockwool Group and a good working climate are our main priorities.
As a consequence, we prioritise development plans for our employees as well as internal and external education programmes, e.g. Rockwool University with a view to developing our organisation. The goal is that these initiatives will develop and strengthen our competencies accordingly.
Being employed by the Rockwool Group, the development of your competencies within your field of work as well as on the personal level will be supported. It would happen through your job experience, as well as trying different jobs and function areas, supported by internal and external education.
To support the HR policy, every single employee has a job description and we focus on the annual performance review between the manager and the employee. The performance review also involves making a development plan for the employee.
We make a climate analysis every year in order to focus on continued development our working climate.
