Community feeling
We believe that a good working life is about much more than challenging tasks and exciting projects. And we are nearly as proud of having world-class colleagues as we are of being one of Denmark’s top savers on CO2.
We have a good social framework across departments, divisions and countries. This is specifically because we prioritise employee wellbeing and personal development. For example, we have a staff association as well as an art and sports club. And as well as registering several teams for the DHL Stafetten relay race and the Tøserunden cycle race, we hold regular lectures, events and similar activities.
