From application to employment
To give you an idea about the hiring process you will below find the different steps of the employment procedure.
This list shows the various stages of the employment procedure:
- You submit an application.
- HR receives the application and confirms receipt.
- You hear from HR, which either invites you to an interview or encourages you to try again at a later date.
- You visit us for one or more interviews, including a personality analysis and a problem-solving task.
- After an evaluation, you hear from HR again, notifying you as to whether you have progressed to the next stage of the process.
- The contract is signed by both parties.
